traffic cops

so what do you think is the best way to deal with stupid 'I have a badge' traffic cops? I was pulled over this morning because of a friendly good morning gesture. I smiled at a policewoman. She was staring at me to size me up I smiled warmingly back. She was not happy about that clearly. She (won't have a name for this story) then decided to tap on my window and berate me for tailgating in bumper to bumper traffic going 2 mph pulling up to a red light. This person then asked me why I had my phone in my hand, I told her I always hold on to it.
She (having blindsided me) took all of my details and came back 15 minutes later with a ticket for what she said was "following too closely". I furiously left the scene and looked up the summons only to find out that this miserable cunt of woman gave me a ticket for talking on my phone, WTF!!! I wasn't on my goddamn phone check my bloody call records. I had not made a call (or txt) all morning.

I hate hate hate lying people. Now I have to fight this shut in court.

This bitch ruined my day.
